Notification

[1]. Final Paper Submission

The deadline for submitting camera-ready paper is 30 October. Please check the guideline at the bottom of this page carefully. This is the firm final deadline. There are no exceptions because of the IEEE publication due date. Submission should be made in PDF format, using IEEE A4 style. The Latex and MS Word templates for the camera-ready manuscript are available at the following links:

[2]. Copyright Notice on the first page

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper. Detailed copyright code notice are as follows:

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-5602-6/16/$31.00©2016 Crown

For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-5602-6/16/$31.00©2016 European Union

For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-5602-6/16/$31.00©2016 IEEE


If you are using MS Word, replace the line about sponsors at the bottom of the first page in the template file, by the appropriate Copyright notice above. Please delete the black line if there is no sponsor. And Please make the Copyright notice left aligned in the left column.

 If you are using Latex, follow these steps:

Step 1: Insert the following immediately after the '\documentclass' line:

\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts

Step 2: Insert the appropriate Copyright notice before issuing '\maketitle', using the '\IEEEpubid' command.

For example, use the following for IEEE Copyright: 

\IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{\bf 978-1-5090-5602-6/16/\$31.00~\copyright~2016 IEEE \hfill}\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}} 

Step 3: Insert the following anywhere in the text of the second column of the first page:

[3]. Copyright Form

Authors are also required to transfer the copyright of their accepted papers to IEEE. It must be submitted by 30 October. Please download the Copyright transfer form from: http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecopyrightform.pdf (PDF format) OR 

http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecopyrightform.docx  (MS Word format). Fill in the Copyright Form, including the paper title and author names. Print, sign, and scan to a PDF file (file name: nnn.pdf, replace nnn with your paper ID number).

 

[4]. Conference Registration

Each accepted paper, regular and short presentations, must have at least one author registered at a presenter rate by 30 October at the website. The paper will be removed from the program and proceedings of ICFPT if ICFPT organizer cannot confirm the registration.

 

[5]. Author No Shows

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from IEEE Xplore after ICFPT2016 if the paper is not presented at the conference. If a presentation is not presented on-site, any paper accepted into the technical program will be withdrawn from the proceedings published on IEEE Xplore.

Camera ready check

Submission of camera ready version of papers is managed through the softconf service. The camera-ready pdf file must first be checked by the IEEE PDF eXpress service. Authors should subsequently submit their approved pdf file and the corresponding IEEE copyright form to the softconf service. Please find below the instruction to access the web site and check your camera ready manuscripts.

Notices:

▪ Full papers are allowed 8 pages.

▪ Posters and design papers are allowed 4 pages.

▪ Ph. D. forum papers are allowed 2 pages.

▪ The camera-ready due date is: 30 October, 2016.

Click "New Users - Click Here".

Enter 40491X for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.

Enter 40491X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.

When you click "Login", you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.

Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".

2. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".

3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).

4. Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".

5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.

6. You will receive an email about the check result. If your file has passed PDF Check, then click on the "Approve for Collection".

7. Download your approved file for the camera ready submission.
